EA Staff (Retired)Sculpts are on/off modifiers applied to a Sim's facial attributes. For example, Sims are required to have one and only one "nose" sculpt. In CAS, you can apply sculpts by selecting some of the facial presets (e.g. an Asian face, an African face, etc...)
