Accidently deleted resource folder from sims, how do I get it back?

Do you mean the resource.cfg file? I just looked in my game and do not have a resource folder.
If you did delete a folder by that name, where was it? In the game files in Program Files>EA Games>The Sims 4 or was it in My Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4
