Adopted Sims Relation Changes

Question

Since the latest update my adopted sims relation has changed between one of my couples that adopted them. It has happened multiple times to many couples that have adopted in my game and it always seems to only affect the sim that didn’t go to the adoption agency.
For example my sims went from mother and son to Auntie and Nephew.&nbsp;
This has happened on PC even with Mods and CC removed and I have almost every DLC apart from
•Journey to Batuu
•Realm of Magic&nbsp;
•Dine Out
•Sweet Allure Kit
•Refined Living Room
•Secret Sanctuary Kit
•Cozy Bistro Kit
•Castle Estate Kit
•Moden Menswear Kit
•Fashion Street Kit
•Bust The Dust Kit
Country Kitchen Kit

Did you remove the mods before the relationship changed and it still changed or did it just not go back to normal after removing them ?

Yeah I removed them before it changed as it happened after I updated my game with the latest update. Even without the mods the relationship doesn’t change unfortunately.

Removing mods wont' change relationships.
Questions does the error happen if you have no mods/cc in ? Like if you play a new adoption on a vanilla game, do they still change somewhere down the line ?
