adoption
The adoption and science baby mod by xosdr is broken it does not work with latest bug fix patch it won't let the sim complete the adoption. Took it out and my sim was able to adopt.

The game patch fixed that bug is why. Remove the obsolete mod.
I saw on the bug reports that this mod is no longer supported for the current version of the game.
