all cas feature presets are missing

For rent, horse ranch, growing together, highschool years, cottage living, snowy esc, discover uni, island living, get famous, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, get together, get to work, dream home dec, realm of magic, vampires, dine out, my first pet stuff, movie hangout stuff, holiday stuff, book nook, pastel pop, desert luxe.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? going into cas?
What happens when the bug occurs? none of the base game feature presets are in my cas categories, no eye, lips, nose, ears, bodies, nothing.
What do you expect to see? the cas categories for any body/face features are empty.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. There was a patch today, i'm pretty sure all my presets were still there after the for rent update but now after the patch they're gone
