all preset on my most recent sims dissapear when I open the game

Question

My 2 most recent sims had body and lip presets. If i put them on a lot and go into live mode the presets dissapear in cas and in the live mode. All my other sims are fine and have their presets. I did download a cas background recently that i thought might be the issue, so i removed it, but it has just happened again. I have tried cas.fulleditmode but it just goes back to default once i go into live mode again. Any help would be appreciated.

If you're using custom presets, your best first line of action is probably to go see if those have been updated recently.

@Alyanne19  Bit unsure what you mean by presets.Could you maybe add some pictures to illustrate what you see ?

I'm having the same problem. I used nose/lip/eye presets on this sim, but her appearance changes when I enter live mode and stays that way if I reenter CAS.
