all preset on my most recent sims dissapear when I open the game

@Alyanne19 Bit unsure what you mean by presets.

Could you maybe add some pictures to illustrate what you see ?

I'm having the same problem. I used nose/lip/eye presets on this sim, but her appearance changes when I enter live mode and stays that way if I reenter CAS.

    If you're using custom presets, your best first line of action is probably to go see if those have been updated recently.
