yesss all of my sims gone! all of my mods houses cc and saved gallery items of my hard work is gone I am so sad rn I feel like crying tbh

Get in the habit of manually backing up your saves folder and Tray folder, put them in a special folder you keep on your desktop or whatever. That way you can always replace saves and houses/households etc if something bad happens to your installation and Documents folders.
Are you using cloud storage of any type or OneDrive? OneDrive and cloud storage is really bad for games especially when things go wrong, best to disable all those things.
