Am I the only one still having issues with pregnancy?
All of my sims have 0% fertility even after manually altering it And I can’t even manually create a pregnancy with MCCC

Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
