The exception occurs when the character is preparing to respawn a second time.
Use MC Command Center to view LOG

Last Module Called: relationship_service.py
Last Function Called: remove_create_relationship_listener
Error message: Exception in Sim Timeline: Exception resuming Element (ValueError: list.remove(x): x not in list), CategoryID: relationship_service:333

@814d6c26aec9fc7f There is a game bug related to this. Is there an error if you play with no mods or CC at all? That includes without MCCC or Better Exceptions.

@luthienrising Hi, I have tried removing all mods and CCs from the game but still have the same problem. I'm not sure if this problem is caused by preparing for a second rebirth. My character's first respawn went well.

I was having the same error; after some trial and error it was because my sim had the Untroubled trait from one of the teenage aspirations. Once I got rid of it rebirth started working fine
