DxDiag is for Windows. Have split your posts into a separate thread in the Mac forum.
Please provide all the info asked for in that link, there are gameplay questions which help with troubleshooting too.
You're running a very out of date version of macOS, you can update it in System Preferences. 10.13.6 was the last High Sierra version to be released although the current version is Ventura 13.2.1. Updating may help with the issue. If you need help with updating, Apple provide excellent help articles https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201541
