Apartment's venue type changed to something other than "apartment"

Hello,

For some reason, the 888 Spire Apartments are set as an auditorium rather than an apartment. I thought this might be an issue due to mods, so I removed my mods and started my save again. However, in build mode, the lot of type is still greyed out and I cannot change it. The regular auditorium in Copperdale is still there. My sims end up going to the 888 Spire Apartments for prom as well as going to the regular auditorium, but I want the San Myshuno apartment back to normal.

I started a new save to see if the apartment is affected and 888 Spire Apartments are set as an apartment in this new test save, so it's only in my save that this issue occurs. Is there any way to change this? I tried downloading a venue mod by Zerbu that unlocks the ability to change, but it's still greyed out (maybe I didn't use it correctly?)

Because it's an apartment, I can only place rooms on it, so the lot type can't be changed as easily if it was a residential house lot....
