Apparently multiple files can actually replace the eyes haha! But I get what you're saying. Even though all the default eyes I have work, they may cause issues with other mods. Unfortunately, I already tried removing all the eyes tagged "default," and even the ones that were just contacts and many of the default eyes still showed up. I think some creators did not tag the eyes correctly, so it has been a hassle sifting through cc by the thousands. No worries, I will figure it out. Thanks for helping me narrow down the possible problem 😉
I FINALLY sorted through my CC and found the culprits. I had TwistedCat eyes that were listed as non-default and ended up being default. Many other default eyes were in my game but they were extremely hard to find because the names were together, like "CometEyes_nondefault" or "ratboyimpactdefaulteyes" and when named like this, when searching "eye" or "default" they will not come up. MCCC copy and paste is not working fine with just my one set of default replacements 🙂

@Malirob Thanks for coming back with that report! Default eyes listed as nondefault could definitely be an issue there.

Just kidding it is NOT fixed smh. I thought it was working, but I was wrong. I have no CC eye replacements at all in my game and MCCC still cannot copy the contacts to all outfits. And it is ONLY the contacts! It copies all other "makeup" fine. I am so frustrated.

@MalirobHi, I'm assuming that the contacts you want to copy are in the category "Facepaint", correct?
If so please check the following setting on an ingame computer's MCCC-menu:
Computer:MCCC > MC Dresser > Makeup Settings > Copy/Paste FacepaintIf this setting is enabled, copy/pasting makeup will also copy/paste facepaint. Since some CC (like contact lenses) may use the facepaint slot, this will allow copying those type of items as well if desired.

Omg I did not even know that was a setting! Yes, they are in that category. I will check when I get home and follow up with you.

You are AWESOME! This was the answer 100%
Fixed. Lol it took me HOURS to go through finding default / non-default eyes (marked as default) and deleting them just for this to be the actual issue. You would think that MCCC would put "face paint" under "makeup" since none of the other makeup is separated like this, or at least make a specific note about this. Thanks so much for your help!
- Bonxie_MCCC2 years agoSeasoned Ace@Malirob Glad to hear that it's working now. Meanwhile there are more than 1000 settings, commands and cheats in MCCC. It's also hard for me to remember all of them.
- 2 years ago@Malirob Can i speak with you in Discord to solve my problem?
I downloaded the latest version of the software, I extracted all the files directly to the Mods folder, in the list of mods and scripts the files appear and of course in the game settings everything was activated, but I still cannot activate the MCCC through the computer or the player.
Thank you. - 2 years ago
Hey!
I’m certainly not an MCCC pro lol but Deaderpool does have a support page on Discord as well if you want to reach out to them. It sounds like you downloaded and installed everything correctly. Normally you should be able to just click on the computer for MCCC settings on click on a sim for MCCC options so I’m not sure why those aren’t popping up for you.
