I have downloaded the SIMS 4 FOR RENT,&nbsp; the game is appearing in my library , however when I go into worlds it is not there. I have removed all mods, uninstalled and reinstalled all of my games, cleared my cache (several times) restarted the game, restarted the app, rebooted my computer and none of these are working. Yet the game is showing that its downloaded in my library, but no matter what I do the world and none of the downloads are showing up .&nbsp; I have also sent an error script to EA , with no response from them. If anyone has any suggestions, they are more then welcomed.

Hi @britney45 When you cleared cache, did you try a fresh folder? Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document &gt; Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and try a new game.
