Baristas won’t show up

Ive been having this issue for months and haven’t looked into fixing it because i haven’t found anything at all similar or that could possibly help me. Baristas in my game have barely worked since i’ve gotten get together. It worked for a few months after i purchased it and hasn’t worked since. Baristas never spawn and i can’t hire a new one because it says a barista is already on the lot. I’ve waited and checked to see if i’m just missing the baristas but they never show up .Bars work perfectly fine but i haven’t used cafes because they irritate me and my sim has to make coffee for themselves. I don’t have get famous, this is not a get famous glitch. I do have mods and cc which I have not checked yet, but it’s been an issue for a long while, i’ve updated my mods many times over. if it’s a mod issue i can take the time to sort through everything, but i would also like to hear other solutions so i’m not wasting hours sorting through cc for possibly no reason.
