BE Report

My game has been broken for a few weeks and I have tried multiple ways to fix my game. I have repaired my game, updated mods/cc and even did the 50/50 method, but I still had the same problems with glitching. I used  BE scan to try to find the problem and the full report said Core\sims4\tuning\tunable.py was 100% the problem only thing is, I have no idea what this is. Could someone help me discover what mod or cc this is?
