better exception issue

there was no update ( unless i was unaware of it ) and my game was working fine yesterday. i do have mods mind u but i keep getting this error upon startup : Found 0 Trait Mod out of 6402 total files in 27.86 seconds.

it makes my ui in main menu look wonky and has "www" in a lot of areas. i am asking if any mods are possibly capable of doing this ? just in general. i will try to do anything else but i am mildly annoyed i cant pinpoint the issue right now. thank u !
