- @syzzlemynizzle the mod in particular and i updated it
I’m not having this issue but you can try taking all your mods out (except for better exceptions.) and see if your game runs fine. If it does then just add a handful back in at a time. Sometimes the exception log isn’t very useful.
@syzzlemynizzle which mod??
im having this issue too and i dont even have the new expansion its confusing me soo much
I had this problem even though I don't have Horse Ranch. I deleted the McCmdCenter mod from the Mods folder and the error stopped occurring.
MCCC may just have been showing you the error. However, you may also have had an outdated version of MCCC and can check the creator's website for an update. The mod is frequently updated.
This is caused by an error on a specific sim (if you look at the error it tells you the sim number). So if you’ve already uninstalled mccc and installed again and EVERY other mod is updated but you’re still getting an error, I would remove the saved household. What kind of computer do you use to play?
Added info - I use Origin dlc Unlocker/EA dlc Unlocker and it works wonders when trying to reset the way the game is operating. After you further explain I the steps you’ve taken I will do my best to help more.disclaimer: I don’t work for EA/Origin/Steam. I only suggest what has worked for me and I use both Mac and PC. What’s worked for me may not work for others so use at your own risk.

i’ve been having this problem for a few days now and i literally can only play for 10 seconds my sims ui picture disappears and i did the 50/50 method and it didn’t help. all it keeps saying it “client_object_mixin” and i know it’s an object but it’s not telling me which one. im getting so frustrated. ☹️
Hi @atlanticsims. This might not be mod related at all but a matter of a specific issue with a specific Sim. However, let's start by testing with Mods completely: Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Document > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.
