Black Screen after launching game

guys I launched the game and after it goes black! Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title to better reflect the issue

A few people I know have had this issue. One thing that fixed it for a few people were to update their graphics drivers. If that doesn't work, I've seen some people who have deleted their localthumbcache file found in documents > electronic arts > sims 4 who said that worked for them.
