Newest Update: "Failed to Launch Game" Error

 I tried to start my game and it was stuck on a black screen. I tried to close the game and restart but it wouldn't close so I had to restart my entire PC to try to open the game after 3 tries I went to Steam to see if anyone else was dealing with this then I saw your newest update on Mon, March 23rd. I checked the comments and almost every single person is having the same problem. Some have no custom content and others do (like me), it is not because of custom content it is just the game seems to be broke for a large group. I have over 1,000 mods/custom content and my game ran just fine before the update.
