I tried deleting the cache, but I have not moved over to the EA app yet as I hear it is very buggy. I do however realize that I will need to switch over inorder to receive any new updates or batch fixes as well as install new packs. But I was hoping that the bug I have would be recognized and repaired before I did so that I may try to avoid and additional problems.
@nicblu2783 It's very hard to tell what's causing it without being able to troubleshoot basic things.
Could you check what your current version number actually is ? Main menu, lower right corner.Bug reports on old game versions are usually not very useful cause the bug you're seeing might no longer be in the game at all.
