Blue Box And nine babies?

So this is a weird description but very adept.

Whenever I open my game, I get a blue box on the lower left hand corner that looks like it's supposed to be placing a household, but instead a bunch of ~ is the household name. And the icon next to it says that the number of unborn kids in the household is nine. Plz help it won't let me play bc it's alway on that screen.
