Book buy menu not center, amount of funds in correct

When I go to purchase a new book the menu comes up towards the bottom of the screen and cannot be moved. It also has the in correct amount of funds that doesn't match the household funds. Sometimes a...

It finally worked! Thank you for your help. I ended up reverted all settings to default as well as removing thewhole mods folder, removing localthumbcache.package file and any extra files relating to my mods.
