Book buy menu not center, amount of funds in correct

When I go to purchase a new book the menu comes up towards the bottom of the screen and cannot be moved. It also has the in correct amount of funds that doesn't match the household funds. Sometimes a pink circle pops up in the middle of the screen. I've removed all modes and cleared cache, no pink circle but the buy menu is still off center.
