I just disabled my mods and it seems to fine again . This is what it was doing btw as you can see it actaully got rid of one of my sims down the bottom so only one would show.

TwistedMexi has a UI mod finder mod you can install and use that to identify your UI mods, BetterExceptions might be able to tell you which one is broken, but if you have more traits in CAS and More CAS column's one or both of them may need to be updated. When I had that issue in particular it was more traits in CAS doing it, and that specific mod was determined broken by the creator with the 1.121 update.
