Bought books don't appear

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.131.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? cats and dogs city living cottage living discover university eco-lifestyle get famous get to work get together island living seasons snowy escape dine out dream home decorator outdoor retreat parenthood realm of magic backyard stuff cool kitchen stuff kids room stuff laundry day stuff Moschino stuff my first pet stuff nifty knitting stuff tiny living toddler stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? buying books
What happens when the bug occurs? it says the books who purchased in bookshelf/inv but they don't show up and it doesn't take the money

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I try to buy books from the bookshelf and computer but they don't show up it doesn't take the money but  it says the books who purchased in bookshelf/inv and this started happening after i updated the game

    @90522534 I just tried this and had no problems. After buying a book from the bookshelf, the book is in the shelf. It may be a bit tricky to find.

    @alanmichael1 Its still not working I repaired the files and everything and also cottage living isn't working either I preordered it but now it says i need to pay again

    @crinrict its like also glitching? like it gives a download button i click it nothing happens but when i reload it says i need to buy it again

    @90522534 I don't know what's going on with Origin and the downloads, best to keep that to it's own thread in either the Origin forum or General Info.

    Back to your initial issue.

    Have you tested on several lots for testing purposes ? You might need to repair again (sometimes it needs multiple tries

    @90522534 Are you sure you're not using any mods ? Is your mods folder empty ? There have been several reports but it was mods for others.
