I am able to play the game but the sims I had dressed in CC are now naked and when I go into CAS it doesn't show me the clothes or makeup or hair... anything that is normally on that side of CAS. SIGH! I was so excited for this game and love playing with the Vet but disappointed I can't get my CC to work and you can't even play as the pets. I read on a different forum where someone figured out what was causing this issue but they didn't share what it was. Anyone help?
Ok, a few things:
- Some CC is not compatible after the patch or with the EP. To fix it, download Sims 4 Studio and batch-fix. Check the last few pages of this thread for more info on that.
- If you still have issues, remove CC that can't (yet) be batch-fixed.
- If you saved with the CC not working or turned on, you'll have to recover an earlier version of the save.
- Before you do that, make sure you have updated CC and also ticked off to show CC in Game Options.
