Broken Mods: Cats and Dogs/Nov. 2017

This is my first large patch since I bought the game, and the whole thing has been quite an experience. I've yet to update, but I've been keeping track of what works and what doesn't here and on the article on simsvip, and honestly? It just reminds me of the aftermath after some sort of natural catastrophe. Like, the 'survivors' are just all gathering together trying to figure out who else is still alive and what buildings/services still run etc lol
