I don't know if anybody has written about this yet, but Sims 4 Studio has a new batch fix, that fixes all furniture and clothing for the Dogs Cats Patch. I just used it and all my CC works, and my Sims are able to eat again. You need to be registered to access the studio. Scroll down the page and click on installer.
