Broken Mods: Cats and Dogs/Nov. 2017

I've been having a lot of issues with my game ever since the patch. My first issue was the Error after deleting unused households. I fixed my game by giving in and finally starting over with a new file and deleted old save files. Then after I bought the new Cat's & Dogs pack and it stays on a white loading screen without the plumbob. It's very frustrating especially when I practically begged my mom to buy the new pack for me. I've tried everything even removed all my cc/mods and tried loading the game up several times. I already repaired my game several times to and reinstalled the base game. I was so excited about this pack until it brought all these bugs to my game. I'm hoping the developers are aware of the issue so I won't sound like a broken record.
