Broken UI and lost mods

I haven't opened my Sims game in a few months, and I come back to this. I do have the UI Cheats Extension mod - but my mods folder has straight up disappeared. However, all my mods are still 'there' ...

    Let's recreate that folder. Drag the whole The Sims 4 folder to your desktop, start the game, redo your Options, and exit. Then see what's there.

@luthienrising This is what is in there. The very top thing is my self made mods folder I made to 'replace' the missing one (that doesn't work). No matter what I do, the actual folder is nowhere to be found (nowhere on my computer too).

    @luthienrising I think you just put magic into my computer because somehow it came up out of nowhere and everything is fixed now. Thank you!!!!
