Just from the livestream, I'm already pretty sure MCCC and especially UI Cheats are going to have to have a ton of work going into them. There'd probably have to be stages for UI Cheats, too - one to get it functioning as normal again, and another to add in all the new features for EL. Any mod at all that deals with fire will probably have to be rewritten, especially factoring in flammability in materials. Anything to do with inventory, anything to do with bills/household expenses, anything to do with off-the-grid or power. There's a mod for working solar panels, that'll be redundant now, but it may end up being rewritten for people who don't get EL. And a lot of CC windows and doors (say, making a single door fit over two tiles) will now be redundant.
