Broken/Updated Mods & CC: Sept. ’19 Stairs/RoM Patch

I found the problem with my CC chairs, it's quite a strange issue... only happens with CC chairs, and not always.. for example, if you save the game while two sims are sitting on it and reload it, the options in the pie menu are all there, but if they get up and sit down again, the options are not.
