Someone on the S4S forum just quoted this post and it made me so !!!!! I had to go check it out immediately. Here's the quick and dirty S4S fix:

Hi! That will work, but for the skintone slider to work properly you need to change the three new floats (F1, F2, F3 = slider minimum, slider maximum, slider increment) as well. The standard values are -.05, .05, and .005.
Also I'm updating my old skin converter tool to do this conversion automatically as well as adding tan and burn textures for old skins if desired. I hope to get it done by the end of the day.
