Broken/Updated Mods & CC: Skin Tones, Dec. 2020

There is the problem of not being able to give birth in a hospital. Pregnant women can get to the hospital, but they can't go through the procedures, or even if they can, neither the pregnant women nor the doctors go to the operating room. Is anyone else having this problem?
Actually, this has been happening since the November update.
Does anyone else know of this? I'd appreciate it if you could tell me.
