I've been using a few since Tuesday's patch and they seem to be working as intended for me, i.e. Sims go to work on time, get paid, get promoted, can take PTO.
Do you have the most recent link to the Part-Time Agency career? I’ve tried it, but my Sim won’t go to work. (I still haven’t patched, though.)
