Broken/Updated Mods: April 2019 Freelancer Patch

Haven't had a chance to update yet, but I hear there's meaningful breakage! So popping in on a coffee break to set this up. Please do let me know below if you have a broken mod or hear about an update...

@luthienrising Hmmm.. I'm not sure, but I'll look on it. Though, it would take a while cause not every mod creator can tell it's fine or updated cause cause it's either busy or retired.
