Broken/Updated Mods: April 2019 Freelancer Patch

Haven't had a chance to update yet, but I hear there's meaningful breakage! So popping in on a coffee break to set this up. Please do let me know below if you have a broken mod or hear about an update...

I've updated SCAM and Unlisted Phone Numbers. Those are the only two that I've seen issues with of my own. At least, string table issues that is.

Toddler sims freezing after potty training.
After the toddler sim is done using the toilet, they get up and walk over to the sink. The toddler reaches both arms upward, but because it cannot reach the sink, it freezes.
