Broken/Updated Mods: April 2019 Freelancer Patch

Haven't had a chance to update yet, but I hear there's meaningful breakage! So popping in on a coffee break to set this up. Please do let me know below if you have a broken mod or hear about an update...

@alliscnzx maybe try repairing your game. I can't really figure out the problem since I don't believe its with the files themselves because its working in others games.
