Broken/Updated Mods: April 2019 Freelancer Patch

Haven't had a chance to update yet, but I hear there's meaningful breakage! So popping in on a coffee break to set this up. Please do let me know below if you have a broken mod or hear about an update...

@simsluvr90 @luthienrising that update post for bienchen's mods was from April 15th (before the patch released).
