I don't know anybody who's tracking what's happening with each of those traits. There are so many of them. I advise just bookmarking the ones you use on Mod the Sims and checking now and then.
The only other updated trait I see is something garden-related. And that may just be a description change, I'm not sure, I don't do custom traits here.
