If you want to try and figure out what is causing it.... with that much it's going to be hard, but the easiest way to do it is checking 50% at a time.
You copy half of your cc/mods and put them aside... see if it works. Then do half of the 50%. Check again. Do another half. Check. Repeat.
It's the fastest way to narrow down where the problem is. You just keep reducing it by half each time. So you have 5k - right off the bat you might be able to cut that down to 2500. Then down to 1250. Then 625. Then 310. Then 150.
Of course, if you have a number of items causing issues that might not work... but generally speaking, that's one way to narrow things down.
