Broken/Updated Mods: Python/Terrain Update + Get Famous, Nov. ’18

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem. But in my game, when I go into CAS, the "female and male" icons are missing and when I try to customize the gender, it won't let me. I try and click it and it just goes away and I can't do anything. I was trying to figure out if it was a mod I was using, but I deleted all my mods and I am still having this problem.
