Broken/Updated Mods: Python/Terrain Update + Get Famous, Nov. ’18

My build mode won't work, the whole bottom half with the furniture and terrain tools is gone so I cant do anything with building. Other people have had this problem but so far no one has found a solution, some people have removed all mods and it still won't work.
