Try deleting your localthumbcache file. That said, an error code could be coming from something at EA's end that isn't mod- or CC-related.

What I ended up doing was:
It still let me edit the home from map view so I saved my lost, then I went to 'edit family is CAS' and saved them. I started a new save/new town and that fixed it
I think the update broke the world lol
