Bug on the face

Since I updated to the new expansion this has been happening, I've already removed mods and everything. I cleared cache... However, this bug is kind of strange, if I close the game and log in again, sometimes the sim's face goes back to normal, and suddenly during my game randomly the face looks like that again. Help
