Bug? Seasons Winter has Snow in Sulani, Oasis Springs, Strangerville

It doesn't seem to be a common one, but all you have to do is have the Seasons expansion pack, load the game, and play the game in different neighborhoods throughout seasons to see that the seasons are identical in each one. Or make a new household and set the starting point to be in Winter, and then travel to different worlds to see if it is snowing in every single one.What happens when the bug occurs? The bug causes all worlds to have identical seasons.What do you expect to see? I have discovered that the seasons are supposed to differ between worlds. I expect to see each world having more unique weather.Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. No‌I recently discovered while searching online for mods that the Seasons expansion is supposed to, vanilla, have different weather for each world.&nbsp; Apparently, it's supposed to not snow in desert worlds and Sulani.&nbsp; Ever since I got the expansion when it came out, the weather in each neighborhood is identical.&nbsp; There are no differences in the weather of the seasons between any world.&nbsp; All of them have snow, all of them have the same amount of heat, cold, etc. with each season.&nbsp; Spring has the exact same weather for all worlds, summer has the exact same weather for all worlds, fall has the exact same weather for all worlds, winter has the exact same weather for all worlds.&nbsp; Because it has been like this for me since I first got the Seasons expansion pack, I had assumed that this was how it was supposed to be; but when I decided, recently, to try searching the internet for a mod that allowed each world to have different weather or seasons so there would no longer be snow during winter in Sulani, I saw lots of references to the seasons already being different in each neighborhood by default.While I have some mods installed right now, this has been years of playing the game that it's been snowing in desert and tropical worlds (since 2018).&nbsp; I didn't used to have mods installed, and this was still how the seasons functioned in the vanilla, no-mods game.&nbsp; I will point out that the destination worlds, such as Selvadora, do not have snow and haven't ever snowed.&nbsp; However, all of the main, liveable worlds have always had the same weather for every season in every world, snowing in places that it doesn't make sense to snow in.&nbsp; I had thought this was how it was supposed to be, and that the creators of the Seasons expansion just hadn't bothered to or couldn't make the weather different in each world.&nbsp; So I never posted anything about it and never searched for information on it.&nbsp; I also never searched for mods pertaining to seasons or weather before, so never saw anything mentioning that it wasn't intended to be that way.I am not sure if this is a bug, but it seems like it to me, so I thought I would check if anyone else had this problem and if there is a solution to it, and if not, I feel like it's helpful to contribute this phenomenon to the bug reports and conversation so EA and other players can become more aware of this issue, as I have found other people posting about this issue on other websites, but not on EA Answers HQ.

It can snow in those worlds, but since it's hotter, the snow will not stick to the ground. Are you seeing the world being covered in snow during winter?&nbsp;

You've mentioned you do have mods- please remove all mods/CC from your game,&nbsp;and delete localthumbcache.package then test a brand new save file.

Hi there&nbsp;@2001100,

With Seasons, you'll only see some slight differences in the various worlds throughout the different seasons- for example, during Spring in Oasis Springs, the weather will be either hot, warm or sunny, whereas in Newcrest during Spring, the weather will be cool, or rainy.

Each world will still experience the same season at the same time on one save file- it won't be Winter in one world and Summer in another.&nbsp;

@EA_Solaire&nbsp;Thank you very much, but I'm not sure if you understood my post; maybe I need to edit the wording.&nbsp; I understand what you said, but is it supposed to snow in Oasis Springs, Sulani, and Strangerville?&nbsp; In my game all those places get snow during winter.Edit:&nbsp; I have found posts on other websites with Sims players saying that their vanilla no-mods game snows in winter in every world, even though it's not supposed to (they claimed).&nbsp; Two of them posted pictures of Oasis Springs and Sulani snowing.&nbsp; I'm not sure if I'm supposed to link websites though, but I can if you or a moderator asks me to.&nbsp; Most of the posts seem to be on Reddit, at least the posts I found.&nbsp; Strangely I can't find anyone posting on EA Answers HQ about it.&nbsp; Maybe I'm missing it.&nbsp; I'm thinking it's definitely not supposed to Snow in those worlds because there are mods out there for Seasons that are supposed to add snow to those locations.&nbsp; All of the posters were asked if they had mods, all of them said no except for two who said they had mods but none pertaining to weather or seasons.&nbsp; I also have none pertaining to weather or seasons, but I have played the game both with and without mods and it still snows in these locations.&nbsp; It's been this way for me since I bought the Seasons expansion in 2018.&nbsp; I thought it was supposed to do that, so I never posted anything about it.

I bought Seasons maybe last month or so, but I have never seen it snow at all in my game with any of my households in different worlds. The one I mainly play is in the world Del Sol Valley, but I have also had to switch to a different one that is in Windenburg for a little bit, but they also never got snow.&nbsp;
