Community ManagerIt can snow in those worlds, but since it's hotter, the snow will not stick to the ground. Are you seeing the world being covered in snow during winter?
You've mentioned you do have mods- please remove all mods/CC from your game, and delete localthumbcache.package then test a brand new save file.
I bought Seasons maybe last month or so, but I have never seen it snow at all in my game with any of my households in different worlds. The one I mainly play is in the world Del Sol Valley, but I have also had to switch to a different one that is in Windenburg for a little bit, but they also never got snow.
