Bugged Textures

Hello, can anyone help me? I got a new computer, installed TS4 + many EP and when I go to create a sim - game doesn't show proper textures of clothes. I don't own any CC. I just use my base game + expansion packs + free stuff from marketplace.

Reinstalling doesn't work (tried 3 times already - uninstall and install all the packs again).

 Rapairing the game doesn't work as well (did it like 5 times).

 Only business and hobbies and life and  death items are bugged.

It's bugged only on male sims and only TOPS/SHIRTS from those 2 packs. Not all the tops/shirts from bussines and hobbies and life and death EP. Just some.
