Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims get a fear for reason. My case its been unfulfilled dreams when I have been taking care of aspirations or dead end job even right after a promotion. For the dreams one, its impossible to get rid of it because there is no prompt to talk to another sim about the fear. It makes gameplay very irritating which is not really the goal for myself when logging on.
What do you expect to see? I expect the ability to make my sims happy, I would like to see an action or dialogue prompt to take care of the fears when they appear and any connection as to why the fear appears in the first. place.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I wouldn't think custom content clothing would affect gameplay like this and its a * to un/re-uplaod. Please whatever update or patch this is remove it until you guys can make it make sense. It sucks to think I spent so much money on something that suddenly became not fun anymore.
